E-Management Dashboard
This project involved designing an intuitive employee management dashboard tailored for small to mid-sized teams. The goal was to streamline HR processes, centralize data, and enhance team productivity with clean, responsive UI design. The dashboard features modules for attendance, payroll, performance reviews, and task tracking — all unified under a modern, easy-to-navigate layout. A key focus was on simplifying the interface without compromising functionality, ensuring that HR teams can act quickly and confidently. By combining a modular design system with strong information hierarchy and minimal friction paths, this dashboard enables organizations to manage teams effectively and make informed decisions with clarity and speed.

The objective of this project was to design a modern, efficient, and intuitive dashboard that streamlines employee management processes. A clean and scalable interface was developed to ensure HR professionals can easily navigate data, access key metrics, and take action with minimal friction. Interactive elements such as dropdown filters, notification prompts, and visual analytics were incorporated to enhance usability and speed up workflows.
